Macro Keyboard Prime ("the App") is developed by Jay Chinthrajah. This policy describes how the App handles your data.
The App does not collect, store, or share any personal data. All data stays on your device unless you explicitly use a feature that sends a request to the Anthropic API, which you control with your own API key.
The following data is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to the developer or any third party:
The App makes network requests only when you tap a Claude Generate or Claude Transform shortcut. These requests are sent directly from your device to the Anthropic API (api.anthropic.com) using your own API key. The App does not proxy, log, or intercept these requests.
For Claude Transform shortcuts, the text currently in your active text field is included in the request so the AI model can process it. This text is sent only to Anthropic and is governed by Anthropic's Privacy Policy.
The App includes a custom keyboard extension that requires "Full Access" to make network requests to the Anthropic API. The keyboard does not log keystrokes, read your typing history, or access any text beyond what is needed to fulfill a Claude Transform request you initiate.
The App does not collect any data. Specifically:
The only third-party service used is the Anthropic API, and only when you explicitly trigger it. Your use of the Anthropic API is subject to Anthropic's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
The App is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect any personal information from children.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a new effective date.
